David Décamp

Self-taught artist, the eyes of David Décamp grafted on the forest, where he was raised and then worked as a logger-pruner. At 23, an accident happened ; from which he would rise thanks to art. Initially, by direct carving on stone and wood, then a turning takes place and he confronts himself with all kinds of materials that allow his sculptures to respond in echo with his installation. “The important thing is to seek,” he says, “to seek is a way to transcend”.
